Here’s some fun memories of the 8 months of construction we’ve already lived through.

And now, you might say, “They told you there would be construction before moving in, right? And you were definitely updated on work timelines, right? And of course, you were offered abatement when the construction affected your every day life, right.”

NO!!!!! NO NO NO - to every single question!!

We were told there might be “LITE CONSTRUCTION” before signing a lease - not a complete gutting of the building! We were given 72 hours notice that ‘DEMOLITION’ would begin and end “WHEN IS IT COMPLETED” - THAT WAS IN JUNE 2025!

We’ve lived through hazardous fumes, multiple utility shut downs, noise, dust - you name it! - with absolutely no checkins from our landlord or building management, no abatement, and NO APOLOGIES OR COMPASSION!
