Where do we even begin!?

When we viewed the apartment Jare’d seemed like the coolest guy! He assured us that as our Building Super - he would be so hands on! He told us that anytime something would go wrong - he would be there! He said he even installed the new fridge for the last tenant.

And then after signing the lease… we never saw him again…
